Product Marketing Manager
Currently seeking a bright, articulated, and creative Product Marketing Manager to work in conjunction with our Sales, Development, and Product Management Teams to develop and execute an effective integrated product marketing communications strategy for our software products. We currently offers both enterprise and SaaS-based models that cover Tier I and Tier II mortgage bankers, credit unions, and other financial institutions. This position is responsible for all outbound marketing activities relating to the company’s high-value, lending software solutions suite. The Product Marketing Manager will create messaging and positioning for all products. This role will drive demand via innovative marketing programs and campaigns targeted to the mortgage and banking sectors. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and strategies via the collection and analysis of measurement data.
Job Description:
Required Skills/Experience:
• 5+ years in software product marketing experience with emphasis on Lending/Banking Software, with a minimum of 2 years experience in the field; online media product marketing experience a plus.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, collateral, and overall messaging that differentiate our products in the marketplace and drive demand.
• Generation of collateral and sales tools that support the end-to-end sales cycle, including presentations, white papers, product information sheets, data sheets, case studies, flyers, RFI/RFP content, press releases, webinars, e-mail campaigns, online newsletters, and online website content.
• Experience owning, managing, and implementing marketing plans.
• Very strong persuasive and promotional written and verbal communication skills.
• Develop unique value propositions for use within all segments for marketing and sales via collaboration with product management.
• Refine segmentation messaging based on needs and profiles of target buyers.
• Overall knowledge of business line and related industry sector trends, buying motivators and influences.
• Optimization of website content for higher search engine placement and increased lead generation.
• Analysis of competitive market space to generate findings into useful content for the sales team to effectively position our company ahead of other vendors.
• Manage promotion strategies, including trade shows, events, website content, and targeted advertisements.
• Implement process-driven qualified lead management campaigns.
• Interact and manage external stakeholders such as PR agencies, trade journals, media, advertising agencies, analysts, and industry associations.
• Perform market research to support sales and marketing strategies as needed.
• Maintain the our brand across all communications and contribute to the creation and building of brand awareness.
• Experience working in the mortgage banking industry a plus.
