To support the worldwide sales organization in providing systems and processes which add value by increasing sale productivity through analysis of current systems and processes, development of new improved systems and processes. Co-ordination of existing systems and processes with all back office functions and departments; e.g. Finance, Finance Commissions, Product Marketing, Marketing, Subscription Management.

Job Responsibilities:

On-going analysis of existing processes systems in the Sales organization
Creation of new improved systems and processes using technology
Analyzing business practice ,Communicating and training of new processes to the Sales organization.
Support Sales Opportunity management in CRM tool (Salesforce.com)
Monthly and quarterly processes including data manipulation and reconciliations
Responsible for Operational input to various projects which would entail:-
Close liaison with other EMEA functions including Finance, Channel ops team and Services
Subscription Management – providing the conduit between Order entry and the field to ensure the seamless processing of orders
Investigating ways to improve reporting.
Creating user-friendly sales figure reports for the field in coordination on data issued by finance and Business Intelligence team.
Delivering training to Sales and other functions

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, IT or engineering discipline or equivalent training and industry experience.
Minimum of 6 years commercial experience gained with a vendor, reseller or distributor.
Strong background utilizing Office systems; Groupware, Spreadsheet (intermediate to expert), Word processing & Presentations tools
Strong understanding and background in Sales Force Automation tools, CRM etc
